'Juice' is a book about a young, simple-minded naga with a beefy body, and the smaller snakeman who loves him dearly. This cute, coily couple lives in a tight-knit village, deep in a vast, steamy jungle, which is populated only by other naga.

The story begins upon the first morning of the week that will lead up to the couple's big, special day. They're about to perform the mateship ritual! Isn't that lovely? :}===<

But our dear snake, he keeps having.. strange dreams, followed by fresh, delicious juice, given to him by his mate-to-be, upon waking up in the morning. Fresh squeezed, just for him.

As the week goes on, it seems the whole village is happy to give him their own special blend of.. liquid refreshment.

All part of the village's traditions.

But why can't our cute, well-muscled male constrictor recall these age-old customs, until after they happen?
